AI Grounding Knowledge Base & Prompts

WeaveDesk AI uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to ensure the copilot answers strictly from your approved knowledge assets.

Setting Up FAQs

1. Navigate to the AI Knowledge tab in the desk.
2. Click Add Article to add Q&A pairs, product features, and pricing details.
3. Use the Interactive Test Sandbox on the right side of the screen to test how the AI responds before publishing.

Grounding Rules

• Set the Confidence Threshold (default: 0.75). Queries scoring lower than this threshold are immediately routed to human agents.
